1. Bidder Registration
All bidders must register with MiddleManBrokers Inc., either in person or online, in order to participate in any auction.
2. Property Sold "As Is"
All property is sold “AS IS.” Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor makes any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the authenticity, authorship, condition, attribution, provenance, or fitness for a particular purpose. No statement made in the catalog, online description, at the auction, or on any invoice constitutes a warranty or representation. Variations in online photos will not be grounds for return.
3. Limited Guarantee of Authenticity (Paintings & Silver Only)
Within 14 days of sale, if a buyer provides written notice that a lot (paintings or silver only) is a counterfeit, and returns it within 7 days of notice along with written proof from a recognized, impartial expert, the sale may be rescinded and the purchase price refunded—provided this issue was not disclosed in the catalog or at the time of sale.
4. Buyer’s Premium
A buyer’s premium of up to 30% will be added to the hammer price of each lot and is payable as part of the total purchase price.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable taxes will be calculated based on the buyer’s state at the time of invoicing. Valid resale certificates may be submitted to: info@mmbauction.com.
6. Withdrawal of Property
MiddleManBrokers Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any property from sale at any time prior to the final bid.

8. Title and Responsibility
Upon the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer, title passes to the highest acknowledged bidder. Buyers must remove property at their own expense on the day of sale. If not removed, the Auctioneer may store the item at the buyer’s risk and expense. MiddleManBrokers Inc. will not be responsible for damage or loss after the sale date.
9. Buyer Default
If the buyer fails to comply with these terms, MiddleManBrokers Inc. may cancel the sale and retain all payments as liquidated damages or re-sell the property. The buyer will be liable for any deficiency, including expenses and commissions from both sales.
10. Consignor Bidding
Unless otherwise stated, consignors may bid on their own lots through the Auctioneer as their agent.
11. Auction Cancellation and Additional Terms
The Auctioneer may cancel or postpone any sale or lot at any time without notice and may announce additional terms before or during the sale.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By bidding, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed herein.

14. Wire Transfer Policy
Purchases exceeding $5,000 must be paid via bank wire transfer.
15. Internet Bidders
Invoices must be paid within 72 hours. Credit cards on file may be automatically charged if payment is not made in time, unless prior arrangements have been approved.

17. Shipping Policy
MiddleManBrokers Inc. does not offer in-house shipping. Buyers must arrange for removal of all purchases within 15 days of the sale.
18. Credit Card & PayPal Processing Fee
All payments made via credit card or PayPal will incur a processing fee as charged by the payment platform. This fee will be clearly stated on your invoice. By using these methods, you acknowledge and accept this fee.
19. All Sales Final
All sales are final and items are sold as-is. Returns are only accepted for items broken upon arrival.
To process a return:
MiddleManBrokers Inc. reserves the right to deny a return if damage is deemed to have occurred after delivery.
